A very nice dining environment with hit-or-miss vegan food. For example, the Vegan Sex Salad is pretty bland and disappointing for the price, but the special garden vegetable plate and hummus I had was really great. It seems like a regular trait of the food is that it’s somewhat flavorless due to being under-seasoned. Still a nice environment and a few good vegan dishes - you just might find yourself finding them through trial and error.

Definitely my favorite! Vegan cheesecake....enough said! Vegan Nachos.....oh, my life!!!!!!! Nachos had a tofu based nacho cheese that is literally the most amazing thing ever, and important because my son had cashew allergies. Cheese subs have been hard for him to find, but Irregardless has the vegan cheese game on lock! My daughter and husband both really enjoyed their salmon. Their vegan desserts are really great! Their dishes are amazing. They’ve had live music several times we’ve gone there. It’s great atmosphere. We have always had good service; and the food.....especially for someone who doesn’t eat animal or animal byproducts.....perfect! My favorite place!

I’ve been to Raleigh before for work trips, but never here. I arrived with friends I made at a nearby hotel and we had the best time! The food was simply amazing. To say the live music was entertaining is an understatement. Wyldwood, performing as Forces of Harmony, were so great! Everyone else who went on the stage to perform just added to the delightful evening. What a great night full of great music, great food, and great new friends.

This restaurant was great. The service was great and the food was amazing. Reasonably priced food with live music in the background, which adds ambiance sets a relaxing mood. The server Lauren is amazing, she made the experience that much more enjoyable. Very warm, welcoming and helpful! I very highly recommend this place for anyone that lives in or passes through Raleigh! I think most other restaurants should take notes on great customer service from irregardless!

Visited with my best friend looking for a vegan/vegetarian establishment for brunch after DreamvilleFest. Staff and management was very friendly. The food was amazing and exceeded my expectations, which is why I'm writing this review. The orange juice is hand squeezed and mimosas the freshest I've had to date. I would absolutely recommend and return to this gem to eat.

The food was great. They have options for everyone. The staff was friendly. There's live music as well. I went during restaurant week so that made the experience more affordable. I will be back again.

Service and live music was great! Our server was attentive, drinks came out quickly, and food was served quickly. However, the food was pretty bland. I had the Morgan Street Chicken which basically tasted like lightly fried panko chicken with some sort of sauce I could hardly taste. My wife had the carnivore paella which was also on the bland side. Paella should be punching with flavor and color from saffron but the tomato paste seemed to be the forward flavor.

Love this restaurant for the high quality ingredients and gluten free options. Have always had great experiences dining in. Called the other day for carry out service while we are under stay at home orders... I asked about kids meals (my kids LOVE eating there), and the woman on the phone said "Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen." Sounded very unconcerned about fielding orders for families. I guess they have enough business without us.

One of the best places to get a bite in the city! Live music, great staff and the food is absolutely delicious. They have some of everything for everyone.. carnivores, omnivores, vegans, whoever. Don’t think twice.. it’s a great place!

Smoked brisket was perfect, service was friendly and prompt. Atmosphere is a blend of business casual to semi casual, but make no mistake this is a nice spot to dine. Loved the live jazz.

We have lived in Raleigh since 1986, and I am embarrassed to say we just went to Irregardless today for the first time. My wife is vegan, I took her for her birthday. Loved everything about it. Food and service were great, 2 guys playing violin, good beer. My wife loved her vegan dinner and dessert.

My absolute favorite restaurant. Incredible vegan options that never let me down. The perfect place to bring nearly anyone with their menu variety and enjoyable atmosphere.

I love this restaurant. They have many delicious dishes in their menu card. Their dine-in facility is not available now a days. But they have takeaway and home delivery option available in their restaurant.

Nice ambiance relaxing live music that's not too loud, our server was perfect, and the food was gorgeousness, I had the veggie options and I felt like I didn't miss a thing not eating animal products. I would recommend to everyone of my friends vegans or not. FYI I ordered the veggie paella.

Best of all foodie worlds!! Make sure to make reservations. We lucked out and got the last available walk in table with the amazing bartender. Calamari is a must try! GF options, vegan options, and my favorite as a carnivore...great options and topped off with live jazz music

I had the Salmon Hash with poached eggs. Delish! Potatoes weren't exactly "hash" though but huge chunks. Very filling. Salmon was smoked nicely. Perfect.My sister had the waffle & vegan chicken. She loved the "chicken." But her waffle was undercooked. They made another one which was also runny/undercooked again. :/ She advised the waiter but didn't ask for another replacement. That was a bummer. But, overall, it's a nice place. 👍

First time here and we had a very pleasant experience. Our server was super friendly and kept checking on us. Our food came out fast even though the place was hoping. There was live music. Our meal was delicious and hot, every one enjoyed their food. Prices are good. Quality of the food was exceptional, fresh and good portions.

Really great vegan food, and lovely staff. Excellent location between uptown Raleigh and NC State. Parking on street was easy.

The food and atmosphere was complete awesomesauce!! I love the fish tank, but the fish stay at the top and need a bubbler to help provide oxygen!

One of Raleigh’s top restaurants. Wonderful selection of vegetarian options, but plenty for non vegetarians as well! Wonderful place to go for Thanksgiving & Christmas. Owner is so nice. Great atmosphere.

I want to say this,two weeks after we went into quarantine irregardless has been feeding me at least twice a week.When I tell you that this food is beyond amazing,it is just that!Not only that but the staff is so amazing and so courteous to me !Now they now me by my order .Thats personal to me and I just love it.Im a self employed hair stylist that has no income now so this is a sacrifice.if I could eat her everyday I would!Thank you all for your wonderful food and outside hospitality!!!See you soon🙂

My friends took me there for my birthday and we ask enjoyed it! I am primarily vegan and must ear gluten free and they aren't, but there was something for us all! I didn't take pics of the meal, just appetizers and dessert. Yum! Can't wait to return. Hate I missed the bottle of wine for my birthday, but next year! #glutenfree #vegan

Today was our first time here even though I've lived in Raleigh all my life! The food was fresh and yummy. Our server Ally was helpful and polite. Bathrooms were clean. The only point I would say they can work on is their sanitation grade. 90.5 today, is is a very low A.

All around a terrific place to dine and enjoy a delicious meal. For all you vegans out there, this is a wonderful place to find good options while accommodating your non vegan friends as it caters to both. And the artsy, eclectic, decor is quite interesting.

Had a brunch there. You'll need to reserve in advance.The food and the service are good. They are able to adjust to everybody.There is some gluten free options but I didnt like the corn muffins. There is always someone who plays music.

My family really enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was satisfied from the herbivores to the omnivores. The atmosphere and the staff were great and friendly. It's really great to find a place that accommodates many different food choices. The only negative was the parking, but it's downtown, so hey.... We'll be back!

This place had a incredible burger that I got during the all the chaos of not being able to go out and eat and it still lived up to this places standards. The other dishes that I got were very delicious and I will definitely be going back to dine in once that is available!

One of my top 5 favorite restaurants in Raleigh! The food here never disappoints! I love the poblano pepper dish. The cheesecake is awesome. They have plenty of gluten and dairy free options.

I love this place, and it's great that they have options for those who eat meat and those who don't. I've never had a bad meal here.

Overall a great restaurant, one of my favorite brunch spots in raleigh. Love that the coffee and breads are included in the price of an entree. Has great options for vegetarians and vegans as well. Only reason for 4 stars is that sometimes the service can be questionable, especially if they are very busy. Could be speaking for myself but I hate being done eating and have to wait too long for the check. Other than that, love it and the atmosphere.

Arrived around 11 on a Saturday. No wait, but it got crowded after that. Service was good. Food was good and plentiful. You get a plate of breakfast goodies with brunch. Chocolate chip muffin was a little over cooked. Other bread was good. Didn't try the biscuits. Home fries were good. Turkey bacon was a little dry for me. Scrambled eggs with cheese were good. My friend had the steak and eggs. No complaints. No Splenda or other sweeteners, just Truvia and real sugar. No straws.

Great restaurant! Friendly staff and super accommodating kitchen. We had a few allergens and the whole staffed to ensure we could all find something we'd like. Definitely recommend!

Consistently good and has been a Raleigh restaurant staple for decades. Love that they invest in offering live music every night. Such a treat for dinner or just a round of drinks. Also a great spot for lunch and so nice that they have a reserved parking lot across the street. Thanks for being such a gem for us vegetarians!

I've been numerous times and have had pleasurable experiences! The food is DELISH!! The wait staff is cordial and accommodating as they provide excellent customer service. The live music is the cherry on top! Great spot!

Our server London was one of the best servers I've had in years. Sweet, attentive, great communication, topping coffee and water all with such an effortless approach. This was our first time here. Music during brunch was great, but not so loud you couldn't hear. Food had so much flavor. Our table had the brisket hash, salmon hash and French toast. Food came out promptly. All in all wonderful experience and top notch place. A bit pricier for brunch but with the drinks and tasty bread bits all worth the price. Love!!!

The food here was really good. They understand flavoring, crispy potatoes and a nice atmosphere. We sat outside and they had the live music pumped out there. Service was slow at first but once we ordered, they really paid good attention.

The Irregardless Cafe in Raleigh was very nice. It's a great place for friends to get together, as well as date night or sisters hanging out. The food was delicious. Our waiter Chris, was friendly, cordial and treated us with the utmost respect. The live jazz by Paul Bomar was exceptional. It's definitely worth visiting again.

This restaurant was a good find. Being from out of town, finding a good restaurant to dine in is sometimes a hit or miss especially since we're not familiar of the place. But we lucked out. It was good to find a restaurant with a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes. We were just there and loved our food. My Morgan Street Chicken was sumptuous and I enjoyed it so much. However, mash potato was a little "crumbly" as opposed to the creamy version I'm used to, but it's good nonetheless. I probably would have enjoyed my side of broccoli immensely tooif there was only a bit of spice or salt to it. Eitherway, a good first experience. The live music was a plus. May come back when we're in Raleigh again.

Have been a fan of this place since the time I have been in the Triangle. Friends and Family from other states have echoed the same sentiment as well. Who wouldn't enjoy a tasty brunch/dinner with live music. Always have had good experience with the waiter/waitress. If you have spare time, read up the history on how this restaurant survived through some dark times. That will show that this restaurant has some character to it.

Great cafe tucked away in a cute Raleigh neighborhood. Food was delicious, service was friendly and the menu met the many desires of this tough group. We all enjoyed the sweet potato fries as a starter.

The food was delicious. It's great that they have a pretty expansive menu to choose from. Everything from vegan to gluten free to meat filled dinners. My husband and I went here for date night and it was yummy. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Every time we have been there has been live music which is nice. I would highly recommend this restaurant. They also do catering for events. I haven't used them for catering but I have been to events that they have catered and I'm never disappointed.

Look this place is just amazing. They have menu items for both meat eaters and non. Also gluten free items. The presentation is on point as you can see. The customer service is excellent and so was the ambiance of the place. The live band played some great selections and wasn't too loud either. Guys and gals, try this place out. Oh if you love tea try the lapsang souchong. Oh lastly, make reservations this place fills up quick.
